EU Sustainable Energy Awards 2017- Deadline extended to submit your application!

sustainableEnergyAwardsWebThe European Union Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) will be held in Brussels from 19 to 25 June. During the Awards Ceremony, 12 final project nominees will be given the opportunity to present their well implemented and impactful ideas to more than 3000 participants. This year you can apply for the EU Sustainable Energy Awards in one of the four categories: Consumers, Public Sector, Businesses and Energy Islands. In order to qualify, the project must meet the following criteria:

[acc_item title=”Location”]The project coordinator must be based in the EU28 or in one of the following countries: Iceland, Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Israel, Moldova, Switzerland, Faroe Islands, Ukraine, Tunisia, Georgia, Armenia.[/acc_item]
[acc_item title=”Practical applicability”]The project must have high impact and replication potential; academic studies and theoretical research projects with no real-scale application will not be considered.[/acc_item]
[acc_item title=”Timing”]The project must be ongoing or concluded after 30 June 2016; projects which are still at the planning stage or not yet fully operational are not eligible.[/acc_item]
